Prof Joseph Palis is the new director of the Third World Studies Center.

Dr Palis will sit as director of the UP-CSSP Third World Studies Center (TWSC) beginning September 16, 2019 until September 2021. In the photo below, he presented his vision and mission for TWSC for 2019-onwards.
